Alaska Airlines Ski Nite
My friend Lucy works for Alaska Airlines and last night was their annual Ski Nite up at Snoqualmie. They basically rent out the entire Summit West area for employees and friends/family. Lisa and I went up with Kham and also several of my coworkers I was able to get some lift passes for. The snow was pretty slushy, but it wasn't busy at all, and lift passes were only $10 - so it made up for the snow conditions. We all had a good time.

Kham before his first run of the night
Kham, no longer smiling - this is what happens sometimes when you go back country in the out-of-bounds areas.
Last night, we were also formally introduced to The Coldpole. This is why they are now making helmets for winter sporting activities.
