Windstorm 2006

Here are a couple of photos taken on Lisa's street. Her power was out until Saturday afternoon, and I didn't get my electricity back until sometime early Sunday morning.

Happy Birthday Dad!

So a couple of weeks ago Lisa and I were able to tickets to Thursday night's Seahawks game against San Francisco. For those that haven't been following the weather here is Seattle - Thursday was the first night of our latest bout with severe weather. So, while Ray, Brandon, and Justin were loving every minute of the Seahawks loss - my extremities were slowly becoming numb. With that being said, here's what we actually got my Dad for his birthday:

1. 70-mph hour winds
2. sideways rain
3. cold metal benches
4. 3 mile walk to and from the stadium
5. a Seahawks loss to the Niners
6. and finally - he paid for dinner
