Movin to the country I'm gonna eat a lot of peaches

In an effort to keep everyone updated on my happenings, I'm going backward a bit. A couple of weekends ago, the Farrar family - Washington version (minus Natalie and Mark) decided to take a little road over to Spokanistan - where the air is fresh and clean. There were two reasons for the trip, and depending who you asked those reasons may be different. For me, it was to cash in on my Mountain Gear gift certificate and to visit Papa and Grandpa. The drive over was uneventful, I watched the 3rd Lost dvd (still have #6 left). Saturday was a lot of fun. We headed up north of P & G's to go pick some peaches. This is the first time for me to pick those "Sun soakin bulges in the shade."

Spokane was celebrating the opening of the new Monroe Street bridge. Part of the new attraction is a gondola ride. Well, looking for adventure, and only finding this in Spokane - we gave it a whirl - literally. Subsequently, the ride was temporarily shut down due to lack of permits and a video camera. So basically - we were putting our lives in danger.
